From late May through early October, the Tacoma Farmer's Market sets up on Broadway between South 9th and South 11th Streets from 8am to 2pm (really more like 6:30am to 3pm!). There's food, crafts, art, music!!! Lots of tempting bits offered by local farmers, chefs, bakers, and artisans. Festival attendees will want to plan extra time into their Thursday morning itinerary to get where they are going AND to sample the local delights!
